Return Policy

We want you to love your Raynie Daize purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items
• Intimates and swimwear
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@rayniedaize.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same process above and note your preferred exchange in your email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
